We dont want our clients to get hassled so we prepare all the necessary documents, blue prints, plans and details for construction purposes to secure Government required building permit all signed by Licensed Architects and Engineers.
Once all required documents are procesed, we will begin the construction phase. We will source out all materials, equipment, labor and tools in the actual construction period.
We also assist and help our clients prepare the required documents for construction loan or PAG-IBIG financed house construction such as complete of building plans, bill of materials, specification, cost estimate and building permit.
